These are my own comments and are not to be taken as legal advice.
If I were homeschooling in Lousiana I think I would opt for setting up as a private school. Their only requirement is to teach the Federalist papers and the Declaration of Independence along with other subjects similar to the public schools and they only have to notify their intent to homeschool.
This is ideal. Testing is not required with this option.
Prayer Concerns:
That homeschooling in Louisiana will continue to be easy and even improve to encourage more families who would like to homeschool to be able to take that option.
