These are my own comments and are not to be taken as legal advice.
Minnesota's regulations for homeschooling are not bad but the regulations are harder for parents without a college education.    I think this is wrong because edcation does not depend on where.  It depends on desire.  If we want to learn, if we want to teach, we can do it anywhere and in different ways.  Motive is the key.  If parents want to teach their own children, they should be allowed to try.  
Prayer Concerns:
That Minnesota would recognize that parents without college education are just as capable to educate their own children as those with college.
